CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR APPRAISERS IN Kansas:: 

Appraisal licenses are valid for a two (2) year period.  There is no grace period for renewals.

Completion of twenty eight (28) hours in programs approved by the Kansas Appraisal Board must be taken each two year renewal period. 

INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT: 

Once the you register for the course you will receive an email confirmation for your records and within 24 hours the instructor will personally email you so you have a contact during the course.  Students are encouraged to email Paul@CookeSchool.com for any questions they might have.

Students may also call the school at 800-943-9993 during normal business hours, but students are encourage to email the instructor so they have better record of the answers to their requests.

COURSE APPROVAL:

Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board letter for course approvals.

Please note: (as per K.A.R> 117-6-2( f ) states: "To receive credit for a course, each applicant shall attend all classroom hours, even when the number of credit hours for which a course is approved is less than the total hours of the course presentation.(emphasis added)".  What this means is, if a course is seven (7) hours, the student must spend seven hours on the computer for the course.  This is a Kansas Appraisal Board requirement.
